Today's Dinner


This was my dinner tonight.  A BLTA with wheat bread and bacon coming from the Chappell Hill Meat Market.  Luscious ripe tomato and a perfect avocado.  I think you can see the differences in thickness on the cut of bread.  I need to get better.  The salad is a spicy dijon red potato salad. I  had one on Wednesday at work and it rocked. I really liked this one as well.
