Today there are so many things to be thankful for. Tyler and the babies are doing well. The kittens-one of Bella's babies came out of the enclosure and walked on her own, meowing. But today I celebrate Tyler acting like a teenager again by making Chicken with Apricots and Dates for dinner. It is finished with cilantro and mint. The flavor is delicate. Tomorrow I will place some on a bed of jasmine rice and see how that turns out. Otherwise, it is a keeper.

ReplyDeleteMade some Thai jasmine rice which has a nice delicate taste unless you ruin it with over-spicing and put this chicken and sauce on top. It was beautiful. I will make this again.
